This ballet was specially commissioned for Wilderness Festival in August 2013. It formed part of a two-part performance, which included a screening of the short film ‘Paper Mountains’, directed and written by Lynsey Miller followed by a new short ballet based on the dance sections in the film. The piece featured three dancers from the English National Ballet Company dancing to an original score by Blair Mowat on the Wilderness Forum stage.

This fundraising event was originally commissioned for and performed by the students of Chelsea Ballet Schools and English National Ballet at the Queen Elizabeth Hall in 2011. The production was restaged at the Coliseum Theatre in December 2013 featuring the orchestra of the English National Ballet, 68 students from Chelsea Ballet Schools and the artists of English National Ballet. Christine wrote a specially commissioned script for actor Elliot Cowen who played the role of Drosselmeier.
This piece was commissioned by Covent Garden Dance Company for their gala performances at Hatch House, Somerset and later for the Law Society, London. It was set to the famous French song 'Ne Me Quitte Pas' and performed by dancers from English National Ballet Company. Costumes by Josephine Sundt and lighting by David Kidd.

Set to J. S Bach’s Chaconne and performed by Vasko Vassilev (Concert Master, ROH Orchestra) on stage with dancers from ENBS, this work was commissioned by English National Ballet School. The show was performed for a gala at the Britten Theatre, RCM and later in the Linbury studio, Royal Opera House as part of the Young British Dancer of the Year Awards. This piece also featured a set design by artist Hugo Dalton.

Commissioned by London Children’s Ballet and performed at the Peacock Theatre, London, this full-length ballet was created for a company of 50 young dancers. It featured an original score by Artem Vassiliev and was based on the much-loved children’s story by Frances Hodgson-Burnett.
Created for the National Opera & Ballet of Sofia, Bulgaria, this two-part performance featured two full-length ballets based on Hans Christian Andersen’s well-loved fairytales: The Red Shoes and The Emperor’s New Clothes.The pieces featured composite scores of Grieg and J. S. Bach respectively, arranged by Martin Ward. Costumes and sets were designed by Bruce French with lighting design by David Kidd. The music was recorded by musicians of the Royal Opera House Orchestra and is available for download.
